West End deli has a great team of talented chefs that put their heart and soul into every dish that they cook. Under the guidance and mentorship of Justin Peters we have built a passionate and motivated team of hospitality professionals that produce an innovative and delicious menu.
Derek Creed assists Justin in the running of our kitchen. He is a South African/Australian who has a great eye for detail. Derek has done a stint in London working at Bluebird restaurant in Chelsea and more recently here in Perth at King St Cafe. Derek’s other passion is surfing, which makes sense as he brings a sense of calm to a busy Sunday brunch!
Our team is also made up of more talented chef de parties, apprentices and kitchenhands who each play an important role in making WEST END deli the successful venue that it is. With our open kitchen be sure to ask them any questions that you might have. They are always up for a chat!
